Do you only sell recliners? 

No we sell non-reclining furniture as well.  Most of our recliners can come as part of a reclining or non reclining suite and fixed chairs are also available. 

How long will I have to wait for my furniture? 

It depends on what you choose.  If you choose furniture from showroom stock we aim to get it to you that week or whenever is convenient to you.  If ordering furniture, the waiting time will depend on the manufacturer, but when you order we give you an expected delivery date and keep you informed if anything changes. 

How long is the guarantee on my furniture? 

Again this varies depending on the manufacturer and the furniture you choose but we will advise you of this when you make your purchase. 

What happens if something goes wrong with my recliner? 

You call us! – We are the first stop for any problems you may have and we can advise you on the next course of action.  If the problem occurs within a warranty period then we will contact the manufacturer for you and follow their procedures.  Outside of this we will endeavour to assist you ourselves and are happy to visit and inspect our customer’s recliners to solve problems.   

Do you sell beds? 

A question we often get asked as we used to have a bed showroom here – however that closed in 2002 and no we no longer sell beds! 

Do you make the recliners yourself? 

No - we are purely a furniture retailer.  We do not make any furniture on site and purchase all our furniture from manufacturers who specialise in making reclining furniture. 

Can I have a recliner made to measure? 

Not at Anglia Recliners – however we have a wide range of recliners varying in size and style and many of our manufacturers make one design of chair in different sizes so people of different heights and size can choose matching furniture.  We have a lot of different recliners to try! 

Can I choose my own material/leather?  

Yes - all the manufacturers supply comprehensive fabric and leather samples which their furniture can be made up in and in some cases they will allow customers own material purchased independently to be used (not all manufacturers allow this service).  If purchased from the showroom, the cover will depend on the choice available in stock. 

I have a back problem and I need a chair to solve it? 

Recliners are a fantastic way to sit and relax and can help ease a number of aches and pains however we always advise that it is not possible for a chair to solve a back problem. Finding the chair that is right for you, with the right support, comfort and size can take time and for someone with a back problem this is even harder.
